- When you order or purchase any work, you automatically agree to the rules of use.
-I do not authorize the use of my artwork and designs for any NFT or Artificial Intelligence related activities.
-All monetary payments will be made through PayPal. Payment will only be accepted after full approval
- Character ownership and character files will only be transferred after full payment has been received.
- For violation of the rules I can refuse to work with you / block you.
- In cases if you systematically violate the rules and trading list I reserve the right to withdraw artwork created by me.
- No refunds are allowed from me
- I am not responsible for any fraudulent activities or chargebacks from third parties.

Artist Rights

♡ I have the right to reject/cancel your order if I do not/no longer feel comfortable fulfilling it.
♡ I will keep you updated on the progress of your order.
♡ Unless you tell me to add or change something while I am working on your order, I will not add or change anything when it is ready.
♡ When publishing the work anywhere please leave my details as the artist
♡ Artwork and references are for personal use only, not to be used commercially or distributed for money without permission;

Customer's rights

♡ You have the full right to completely change the description / details of the work if you have not yet received the first draft.
♡ You can make changes to the design if I forget / misunderstand your idea.
♡ You can make up to three free edits before the work is finished. After three edits, a new edit will cost $ 2-10, depending on the complexity of its realization.
♡ You may add/change details on your own after the work is finished, but you must notify me in advance.
♡ You can refuse to work with me at any time, but the deposit is not refundable in any case.

Commercial use

-Commercial use is fully included in the full Adopt/custom versions
-Sketch version does not include commercial use.
-Artwork/References/Sketches do not include commercial use!

Payment Plans
✦✦✦
- Payment plans are accepted for designs valued at $100 dollars or more.
- A minimum down payment of 25% is required.
- Designs under $150 USD must be paid within 1 month.
- Designs over $300 dollars must be paid within 3 months.
Full character ownership and watermark-free file transfers will not be provided until full payment is made.
